Get huge amounts of targeted traffic to your website with Adwords
Almost every one of us has heard of the Google Adsense program. On the other end of the spectrum is Googles Adwords program. Google adwords is the promotion, and marketing end of the google program. Adwords is basically a pay per click program where you choose the product that will be shown, and you will have to pay every time somebody clicks on your ad. Google adwords is a very simplistic way of selling your products, or getting a huge amount of targeted traffic to your website. So how does Adwords work? The Google Adwords program allows you to create an account, and then create ads based on the products you are trying to sell. When you have chosen and created your ads you will then be asked for a list of keywords. You will then have to bid on these keywords, and based on how much you’re willing to pay for each click, for that particular keyword will determine where your ad gets displayed on the webpage. For example if you bid on the keyword fishing, and you bid the second highest amount per click for that keyword then if the adsense user had an adsense unit showing 4 ads, your ad would be placed in the second position of that ad. The adwords program works very effectively as your ads are shown to thousands of people each and everyday. All of your impressions, clicks, and amounts owing are shown to you in your account details. At any point in time you can pause or cancel your ads. With the adwords program you are also able to choose daily and monthly monetary limits that best fit your budget. In order to start an account you will have to pay a sign up fee of 10-15 dollars, and then the only time that you pay after that is when somebody clicks on your ads. Overall Google Adwords has been working wonders for many people, and has been so successful that other search engines have come out with their own versions of the adwords / adsense programs. If you are looking to increase sales, or drive more targeted traffic to your website, and don’t mind spending money to make money, then I would strongly suggest using the Google Adwords program.
