How to drive tons of traffic to your website for free
Getting traffic to your website is one of the most important things that you need to do, however; it is often one of the hardest and most time consuming tasks as well. People all over always want to know how to increase their web site traffic. Well if you are looking at getting a lot of traffic very quickly then you are going have to spend some money, however; if you are looking for some really great free ways to increase your web site traffic then try some of these methods. Forum Signatures – This is a superb way to get traffic to your website for free. What you need to do is sign up for 3-5 forums that relate to your website content, and topic. Choose forums that will let you have a signature. In your signature place your website url and a small description that will entice other forum users to click on your signature link. Placing your website url will help in 2 ways One it will give you a back-link to your website, for every post that you make on that forum which will help your search engine rank, and two, if you make quality posts that help others and bring good information an knowledge to the forum, other users will want to see what other quality material you have on your website. Article Submissions – This is by far one of the best ways that I have personally gotten a ton of internet traffic to my website. The idea is to write articles that are very informative, and that deliver quality content to the readers. If the readers’ see that you have good quality information to offer they will click on your website url at the bottom of the article. A few of the article directories I would suggest to you is ezinearticles.com, goarticles.com, articlecity.com, and isnare.com. Social Networks – This is another great way to get traffic to your website for free. All you have to do is create a profile for you website. Once you have your profile set up, start putting out bulletins, and talking on the social network forums or blogs. Use these social networking sites to build relationships with people who have the same interests as you. Link Exchanges – This method not only gets you a lot of web site traffic, but also help your search engine page rank as well. The idea here is to find other websites that have relevant content to yours and exchange links with them. This way your link has a chance of being seen by all of their traffic, and you get a quality back link to your website. One Way Link Directories - In the even that you do not want to exchange links with anybody, you can submit your website to one way link directories. These directories will accept your website link, and will not ask for their link to be placed on your website in return. This will mean more back links for you , and less clutter on your website from other links. These are just a few of the web site traffic building techniques that I use on a daily basis. They work great and best of all you don’t have to pay a cent for them.
