Increase Your Body's Natural Testosterone Levels With These Tips
When it comes to training the leg muscles a lot of bodybuilders tend to overlook or ignore this very important muscle group. Bodybuilders, and people who work out tend to spend all of their time working on their chest, shoulders or one of the other muscle groups on the upper body. What they don't realize is that working out your legs is one of the most important things you can do in order to build more muscle on your body. Studies show that using a workout plan that utilizes 3 sets of compound exercises such as squats, clean presses, bench presses, shoulder presses etc will actually produce significantly higher testosterone levels than any other exercises. This is important because more testosterone equals more muscle growth. Working out your legs muscles does not only build leg strength and muscle, but it also greatly promotes dramatic increases in muscle growth to your chest, arms and back. The reason why your body will actually grow more muscle all over from training the legs is because your legs are your body's support, and your body can only carry as much muscle as your legs can handle. Simply put, the bigger and stronger your legs are the more they can support. You can also increase your testosterone levels by cutting out the use of soy protein. Studies have shown that soy protein actually increases the production of estrogen in the body. Instead of consuming soy protein eating nuts and other foods rich in monounsaturated fats have a direct positive effect on your testosterone levels. Sleep is sometimes not very easily gotten for some of us, but a Finnish study proved that men who got more than 7 hours of sleep had much higher testosterone levels in the morning than the people who got lest than 7 hours of sleep. Testosterone is very important for muscle growth and using these few tips will help to increase your testosterone levels, and promote more muscle gains.
